Ask Claude or ChatGPT about your calls
Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Le Chat or Grok to Minari, the parallel dialer for B2B sales teams, and ask about your whole team’s calls, reps and lists.
Works with Claude, ChatGPT, Le Chat by Mistral, Grok and any MCP-compatible assistant.
Who booked the most meetings this week?
Holly leads with 9 meetings this week.
What are the top objections on my VP Sales US 50-200 list?
Your 3 most frequent objections:
Put everyone who asked for a callback in a new list.
Done: the “Callbacks” list is created, with 12 contacts.
- Olivia Brooks
- James Carter
- +10
Follow your team without building a report
Meetings, connect rates, calls: ask by rep, by list or by period. Your assistant reads Minari’s stats and answers in seconds.
Compare each rep’s connect rate this month and last month.
Connect rate this month, vs last month:
- Holly14%+3 pts
- Ryan12%−1 pt
- Callum9%+2 pts
Also ask
- Who booked the most meetings this week?
Coach from what your best reps actually say
Minari keeps every objection and the rep’s answer, call by call. Ask what works, and on which list, then turn it into coaching and better targeting.
How do my best reps handle “we already have a tool”?
Your best reps don’t argue: they ask what the current tool is missing. Holly, on Tuesday:
“Makes sense. If you could change one thing about it, what would it be?”

- Which objections come up most on my VP Sales US 50-200 list, and which ones make prospects hang up?
Prepare your calling sessions
Catch up on an account before calling back, check where each list stands, and keep your lists clean: create one, add or remove contacts, simply by asking.
Summarize my last call with Pemberton Logistics before I call them back.
Your last call with Pemberton Logistics, Thursday (4 min):
- Spoke with: Dana Whitfield, Head of Operations
- Objection: no time before the end of the quarter
- Next step: call back Monday, after sending a case study

- Put everyone who asked for a callback in a new list.
- Remove everyone who asked not to be called again from my VP Sales US 50-200 list.

Frequently asked questions
What is an MCP server?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets an AI assistant like Claude or ChatGPT connect to software. With Minari’s MCP server, your assistant reads your call data and acts on your lists, when you ask it to.
Which AI assistants work with Minari?
Claude, ChatGPT, Le Chat (Mistral) and Grok, as well as any assistant that accepts a remote MCP server. Some require a paid plan to add a connector.
Is the MCP included in the subscription?
Yes, for every customer, at no extra cost, like the API and webhooks.
Can my assistant update my CRM?
Not through Minari: your calls are already synced to your CRM automatically. To act on your CRM from your assistant, connect its MCP too, HubSpot’s for example: your assistant then brings your calls and your deals together.
Does my assistant see the whole team’s calls?
Yes: calls, stats and lists across the whole company. An admin turns the MCP on for the workspace and can turn it off at any time.
How is it different from the API?
The MCP takes no technical skills: you ask your assistant your questions, whenever you need to. The API and webhooks run on their own, in the background, to feed your tools and automations, and take a little setup.
